NexLvl Insider Tips
BEFORE YOU HIT THE ROAD
Book Asheville in advance
Asheville is one of the most-visited cities in the Southeast. Hotels and Airbnbs fill up fast, especially October (leaf season). Book 4–6 weeks ahead for fall trips.
Avoid Myrtle Beach holiday weekends
4th of July and Memorial Day weekends in Myrtle Beach are very crowded. Shoulder season (May or September) gives you better weather, fewer crowds, and lower prices.
Blue Ridge fall timing
Peak leaf color on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville is typically mid-to-late October. Check BlueRidgeParkway.org for current conditions and closures before you go.
I-77 S construction delays
The Charlotte to Columbia route can have significant delays on I-77 South. Allow extra time or check NCDOT traffic apps before heading south on major travel weekends.
