I didn't build NexLvlCharlotte to make myself the story. I built it to make Charlotte the story — and to make North Carolina proud.

I was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina. NC values run deep in me — hard work, community, integrity, and genuine pride in where you come from. Like so many North Carolinians, I have watched Charlotte grow into something extraordinary. A world class city. A thriving economy. A place where people from all walks of life come to build something great.

I am a United States Army and North Carolina National Guard veteran. I spent 27 years in banking — 10 of those with Bank of America, headquartered right here in the Queen City. Those years gave me an inside view of what makes Charlotte work, what makes it thrive, and what makes it different from every other city in the South.

After decades of service to my country and my industry, I chose Charlotte as the place to live the good life. Not by accident. By design.

NexLvlCharlotte is my way of giving back — to this city, to this state, and to every person out there who hasn't discovered yet what North Carolina has built here. Many great people have come from North Carolina. Charlotte is proof of what we are capable of. And we want to show the world who we are.
