Where our photos come from, and how to reach us about any of them.
Our intent
nexlvlcharlotte.com exists to send real customers to Charlotte's local businesses. We use photos in good faith to celebrate the places we cover, never to mislead anyone or take credit for someone else's work. If we ever get one wrong, we want to know so we can make it right.
Where our photos come from
Most photos on this site are licensed stock images (for example from Pexels), AI-generated illustrations, photos we took ourselves, or images used with permission. We are currently updating older images across the site with licensed photos and photos of the actual places we cover.
Photographers and image owners
If you own a photo on this site and didn't authorize its use, or you'd like credit added or changed, email us at [email protected]. Please include:
- The page address (URL) where the photo appears
- A link to or description of your original photo
- How you'd like us to handle it: remove it, or add credit
We review every request and remove or replace the photo promptly, usually within 2 business days. You don't need to send a formal legal notice; a simple email is enough.
Business owners
If you're not happy with any photo we use for your business, for any reason, tell us and we'll update it. No questions asked. If you'd like us to use your own photos of your restaurant, salon or venue, send them over and we'll feature them with credit.
