We will

Email you from an address ending in @nexlvlcharlotte.com. First emails to businesses may come from our outreach address on a separate domain, and they always point you back to nexlvlcharlotte.com.
Message you from our Instagram account, @nexlvlcharlotte.
Take payments only through secure Stripe checkout pages on nexlvlcharlotte.com.
Pay creators only through Stripe Connect, which you set up yourself from your own dashboard link on nexlvlcharlotte.com.

We will never

Charge you a fee to join the Creator Program or the Creator Academy. Joining is free.
Ask for your password, a login code, or your bank or card number by email, text, phone or direct message.
Ask you to pay with gift cards, crypto, a wire transfer, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
Promise you a set income or guaranteed results. Creator earnings depend on sales.
Rush you with "act now or lose your spot" pressure outside our published founding-partner terms.
